The history of the machine-building company "Vitebsk Lifts" dates back to 2004. The company was established as a service for the repair of lifting equipment. Striving for the independent production of components and assemblies for the repair of special equipment, the service gradually grew from a repair company into a machine-building plant.
The first lift was released in 2009 and the production capacity of the enterprise was only 10 cars per month. In 2016, a major modernization of the plant was carried out, new production workshops were built, the latest modern high-tech equipment was purchased (robotic welding complexes, a flow-through paint chamber, CNC bending presses, machining centers), which allowed automating production and increasing the output of cars to 40 units per month.
To date, the machine-building plant "Vitebsk Lifts" is the leading enterprise of the Republic of Belarus for the production of lifting and transport equipment:
— hydraulic lifts with lifting heights from 12 to 52 meters;
— crane-manipulator units with a lifting capacity from 3,200 to 6,500 kilograms with replaceable working equipment "working platform (cradle)" and "drill";
— drilling and crane machines with drilling depth from 2 to 20 meters; — garbage trucks with loading from 8 to 32 cubic meters;
— cantilever hydrobots with a lifting capacity from 450 to 2,500 kilograms;
— agricultural machinery.
Specially for the enterprises of energy, agriculture, housing and communal services and construction, our plant has developed a multifunctional installation of KMT "Dvina" 3200.8 based on the tractor chassis BELARUS 92P.
This is a modern innovative project of special equipment on a tractor chassis, which has no analogues in the CIS countries. This type of lift is a multifunctional equipment that combines the functions of several pieces of equipment at once and is designed for the production of loading and unloading, construction and installation, repair and transport works at agricultural production facilities, in industry, construction and energy.
The main volume of products manufactured by our company is sold to export markets in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova.
Our partners are leaders in domestic engineering and leading foreign manufacturers "MAZ", "GAZ", "KAMAZ", "URAL", "Isuzu", "Hyundai".
The structure of the plant has its own design and technology center, equipped with the latest, special equipment and software that allows you to perform design work of any complexity. Specialists of our design bureau and production are constantly working on further modernization of equipment, taking into account the development of technologies and consumer requests. Annually, more than 6-7 types of various models of cranes, lifts and other special equipment are developed with the production.
The company has 7 patents for the production of special equipment that has no analogues in the CIS countries and abroad.
In 2012, the company became the winner of the competition of innovative projects in the nomination "The best innovative project of the Republic of Belarus 2012". The company's products were awarded the prize "European Quality-2010" in Paris. The company won the National competition "Entrepreneur of the Year 2015" in the nomination "Innovatively active business". In 2017, he was awarded a diploma of the first degree of the winner of the XIX republican contest of consumer preferences "Product of 2017" in the nomination "Lifting and transport and special equipment".
